Just a warning for anyone thinking of ordering, the vitamins themselves are good, but the delivery keeps messing me around. My order was late again, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. If you need them by a certain date, I’d be careful.

I signed up thinking it would be simple to manage, and at first I was hopeful about it. But when I tried to cancel, that changed fast. The process was confusing, kind of annoying, and it kept feeling like they were nudging me to stay instead of just letting me leave. I was frustrated, then second-guessing myself, then just over it. Support took too long to respond too, which made the whole thing feel even worse. The subscription setup comes off a bit sneaky to me. I wouldn’t use it again

I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. Isn’t that the whole point of customer service, to actually respond? Frustrating experience, honestly

I tried Heights for a bit, but I couldn’t really get past the taste. Maybe there are benefits if you stick with it, but once something tastes that bad to me, that’s pretty much all I notice. The bottle and capsule routine also felt more fiddly than I expected, and it quickly became one of those little daily tasks I kept avoiding. I’m sure it suits some people, but for me it just felt like a hassle and I stopped after a short while.

I tried heights for a couple of months and didn’t feel any different. I was hoping it might give me a bit more focus or energy, but day to day everything felt pretty much exactly the same as before.

For the price, I really expected to notice something. I also got frustrated because whenever I looked for answers or asked about what to expect, the information felt kind of inconsistent. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it just felt like pricey vitamins that didn’t do much.
